Catering
Entrees By Chef Chanse has had the pleasure to surpass the needs, wants and expectations of local clients at the Juneau Community Center or catering in the surrounding cities but also traveling as far as Madison, Milwaukee, Fond du Lac or even Green Bay. Chef Chanse’s specialty are weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, banquets and large to very large events. His trained staff, special equipment, but mostly his expertise, allow him to cater events as small as a couple and as large as 3,000 people.

Watermelon Carving
Bring your party decorations and displays to the next level with a personalized and one of a kind watermelon carving, that is sure to become a conversation topic among your guests. Whether it is for a private party, a corporate event, a wedding reception or gala, Chef Chanse will personally design and create the uniquely exquisite watermelon carving art pieces that suits your style or your event’s theme!

Table Settings & Decorations
Entrees by Chef Chanse can work with you in all planning stages to make your event beautiful with the standard and additional decorations available for rent – anything from lights, centerpieces, table and chair covers to suit the colors and theme of your event.
DJing
Beyond his culinary and watermelon carving talents, Chef Chanse has the personality of an entertainer. After the meal is prepared, Chanse often exchanges his chef outfit for a three-piece suit and DJs for the event as well. Please ask about the on and off premises DJ services.
