Owner/Executive Chef
Chanse Schomber, already a respected culinary name in the area, is the chef/owner of Entrees by Chef Chanse at the Juneau Community Center. Before owning a banquet hall, Chef Chanse’s previous experience included years of line and elegant dining cooking, catering for different types of occasions and restaurant management and ownership.
Chef Chanse did an amazing job at our gala last weekend! His staff also went above and beyond. He is so conscientious about delivering an amazing experience to the guests. And the food! Presentation was beautiful and it was delicious!!! If you are able to book Chanse, feel blessed. He is outstanding!
